Yolun 40-c\u0131 kilometrliyind\u0259n ayr\u0131lan v\u0259 La\u00e7\u0131n Beyn\u0259lxalq Hava Liman\u0131na aparan k\u00f6rp\u00fcn\u00fcn tikintisi d\u0259 layih\u0259 \u00e7\u0259r\u00e7iv\u0259sind\u0259 yerin\u0259 yetirilir. \u00dcmumilikd\u0259 K\u0259lb\u0259c\u0259r-La\u00e7\u0131n avtomobil yolunda tikinti i\u015fl\u0259rinin 44 faizi icra olunub.
